417 is a special cabin.  In fact, it is the old boy scout lodge and they've kept the old Lake Wabaunsee feel while upgrading the building.  The 1764 sq ft home has 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 2 full baths with an open concept living, dining & kitchen with lakefront view.  The dock is in a cove location with 10 ft of water.  The dock is a simple 20' x 24' platform.  Steps to the water are solid and well maintained.  The shady lakefront provides a private feel to enjoy.  The yard has sprinklers, a firepit and patio.  The stone wall makes it child and pet friendly at the lakefront.
